I have developed an interest in two primary areas of social psychology. The first area of interest is small group processes; specifically, I am interested in how members within groups think and behave interdependently. Second, I have interests in the area of gender issues and stereotypes. My interests here are more applied with a focus on how gender influences interactions with others in the work place, in group settings, and in dyadic interpersonal situations.
